Happy Thanksgiving Eve!
Today's edition features the Cyclone women scoring triple digits in their win over Mercyhurst.

For a moment, Hilton Coliseum went quiet.
With now-No. 10 Iowa State leading Mercyhurst 8-2 in the opening minutes on Sunday, star center Audi Crooks collapsed to the floor, grabbing at her leg, sending a ripple of unease through the building. The Cyclones’ undefeated start – and perhaps their season trajectory – suddenly felt fragile.
But just minutes later, Crooks emerged from the tunnel. The scare passed quickly. The dominance that followed did not.

Neonicotinoids are a class of insecticides that severely harm bees, attacking their central nervous systems. In talking to farmers about pesticide regulation, Katherine Dentzman, a rural sociologist and assistant professor at Iowa State University, has often heard the same refrain: It’s the public demanding limitations on pesticide use.
